Hex cap screws equipped with a nylon patch serve as a unique fastener solution designed to resist the loosening of screws. This nylon patch, a minute cylindrical nylon piece, is embedded into the screw hole before screw installation. As the screw tightens, the nylon patch enlarges, generating friction that assists in thwarting the screw from loosening.
